Refund Policy

Items are non-refundable  and non-returnable, due to the nature of being a homemade product.  However, if bath bombs come to you damaged, please get in touch with us by email within 3 business days from the time of delivery to your home so we can help you; and resolve the issue with your order in no more than 14 business days of your initial email to us.
